Minister of Public Health Visits Earthquake-Affected Areas of Kunar to Assess and Strengthen Emergency Health Response

The Minister of Public Health, Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, along with senior officials and health teams, visited the areas of Kunar province affected by the recent earthquake.

During the visit, the minister met with affected families, listened to their concerns, and assured them that the Ministry of Public Health, together with relevant agencies, is working to provide treatment, emergency health services, and essential support.

The visit also included an assessment of the emergency response teams’ activities, and officials were given instructions to make health services faster and more effective.

The Ministry of Public Health confirmed that, in coordination with other government departments and aid organizations, it will continue urgent and ongoing efforts to help earthquake victims and address their needs.
