Minister of Public Health Dr Qalandar Ebad convenes a meeting with the representative of the United Nations Refugee Agency
The Minister of Public Health of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, His Excellency Dr Qalandar Ebad, convened a meeting with Mr. Leonard Zulu, the representative of the United Nations Refugee Agency, in his office.
Discussions during the visit cantered on the establishment of new health centres to accommodate returning refugees.
His Excellency Dr Qalandar Ebad emphasized the ministry's obligation to provide optimal healthcare services to returning citizens, alongside those residing within the country. He underscored the necessity of collaboration with the agency for this purpose.
In response, the agency representative pledged ongoing cooperation in this regard, emphasizing the importance of sustained collaboration.
