The inspection was carried out by the Monitoring and Inspection team of the Samangan Public Health Directorate in Hazrat Sultan District. As a result, one private clinic and two pharmacies were shut down due to non-compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.

Furthermore, during the inspection, a total of 274 units of expired and substandard pharmaceutical products were confiscated and transferred to the central medical warehouse for safe disposal in accordance with pharmaceutical waste management procedures.
