Ghazni Public Health Directorate Destroys Around 35 Tons of Expired Medicines and Foodstuffs

Over the past nine months, the Monitoring and Inspection Team of the Ghazni Public Health Directorate carried out inspections of pharmacies, wholesale drug suppliers, and food shops in the provincial center and districts, during which 35 tons of expired medicines, food items, and cosmetic products were seized from pharmacies, food stores, and cosmetic outlets.

Notably, these items were disposed of in the Ali Lala desert area in the presence of Dr. Rasul Khan “Nazari,” Director of Public Health of Ghazni, and the assigned committee.
