The Deputy Minister of Health Services, Mawlawi Abdul Wali Haqqani, during his official trip to Helmand Province, met representatives from World Health Organization, UNICEF, emergency response agencies, and implementing partners.

The meeting focused on coverage of vaccination and its effectiveness and impact, quality and standard health services provision, and strengthening coordination, and access to health services by the people.

His Excellency, the Deputy Minister of Health Services, Haqqani, emphasized the importance of further improving vaccination campaigns and bolstering health service quality through coordination and joint efforts, adding the Ministry of Public Health is committed to providing equitable health services to all parts of the country.
