The meeting, chaired by Dr. Enayatullah Enayat, the Director General of Monitoring and Evaluation at the Ministry of Public Health, was attended by representatives from the Health Management Information System (HMIS) technical team, as well as agencies such as WHO, UNFPA, Global Fund, UNDP, and UNICEF. During this session, the mechanisms based on previous actions were presented to the meeting participants, with the aim of establishing a unified target for health centres across the country.

The proposed mechanisms were accepted by the participants, and it was decided that within the next two weeks, the HMIS technical team would set unified targets for health centres in all provinces of the country. These targets would be shared at the next meeting for finalization.

Furthermore, it was decided that new targets would be added to enhance the quality of healthcare services under the HER project.
