The examination was held with the aim of assessing the scientific and professional competencies of the participants in order to select qualified doctors to provide improved healthcare services. A delegation comprising representatives from the Human Resources Directorate, Postgraduate Medical Education, the Cardiac Project Department, and the Directorate General of Curative Medicine also attended the process and monitored its transparency and order.

It is worth noting that the Directorate General of Curative Medicine organized this examination to recruit specialized personnel, with the goal of enabling, for the first time, the initiation of open-heart surgical operations at the Ibn-Sina Cardiac Hospital.
