Monitoring Conducted at Private Health Sector in Laghman Province

Officials from the Monitoring and Inspection Directorate of the Laghman Provincial Public Health Directorate conducted monitoring of the private health sector in Laghman City and the districts of the province. During the inspection, 13 pharmacies, 6 medication administration units, 2 dental clinics, 1 laboratory, and 3 outpatient (OPD) clinics were closed for violating health laws and regulations.

Furthermore, 97 items of expired and substandard medicines were collected and transferred to the designated disposal site.
