MoPH Conducts Seven-Day Research Methodology Training for Postgraduate Medical Trainee Doctors

The General Directorate of Postgraduate Medical Education of the Ministry of Public Health organized a seven-day training program on “Research Methodology” at Esteqlal Hospital aimed at strengthening the scientific and research skills of trainee doctors under the postgraduate medical education program.

The training program was conducted with the participation of 20 trainee doctors from the postgraduate medical education program. Its main objectives were to strengthen participants’ research knowledge and skills, familiarize them with the principles and foundations of scientific research, and enhance their capacities in designing and implementing health research projects.

During the training program, experienced instructors delivered sessions on research principles and fundamental concepts, types of scientific studies, data collection and analysis methods, the development of research proposals and scientific articles, as well as the application of ethical principles in research.
