Balkh Public Health Director Meets Uzbekistan Health Minister to Strengthen Health Cooperation

In his office, Rahmatullah Mansoor, Director of Public Health of Balkh Province, met with Uzbekistan’s Minister of Health, Mr. Asilbek Khudayarov, and his accompanying delegation to strengthen healthcare cooperation.

During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to enhance and expand mutual cooperation, build the capacity of healthcare workers, and improve overall coordination.

The Minister of Health of Uzbekistan stated, “We aim to further strengthen cooperation with Afghanistan in the health sector.” He added that Afghan health professionals are highly skilled and can play a significant role in patient care.
