His Excellency Dr. Qalandar Ebad, in his address, emphasized the significance of adherence to established protocols and the necessity for organizational evolution. He underscored the pivotal role of adhering to prescribed guidelines and announced the appointment of Mawlawi Abdul Wali Haqqani as the new Deputy for Health Services in the Ministry of Public Health, in accordance with the decree of His Highness Amir al-Momineen (may Allah protect him).
