A 20-Day Training Program in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Was Provided to 20 Doctors from Central and Provincial Hospitals

The Capacity Building Directorate of the General Directorate of Human Resources of the Ministry of Public Health conducted a 20-day Intensive Care Unit (ICU) training for 20 doctors from central hospitals (Isteqlal, Rabia Balkhi, and Jamhuriat) as well as from the provinces of Zabul, Ghor, Paktia, Badakhshan, Farah, Khost, Nuristan, Nimroz, and Daikundi. The training, held at the Ibn-e-Sina Hospital hall, aimed to enhance the capacity of doctors, familiarize them with new methods of treating critically ill patients, and standardize ICU services.
