Officials from the 50-Bed Drug Addiction Treatment Hospital in Ghazni organized the session at Ahmadabad High School in the provincial capital to raise students’ awareness of the harmful effects of drugs and ways to prevent addiction.

The session covered the adverse consequences of drug use, addiction prevention, the importance of saying no to drugs, the role of family and friends, and young people’s responsibility in building a healthy, drug-free future.

School officials and teachers welcomed the initiative, emphasizing the importance of such awareness sessions in preventing drug addiction and promoting the healthy development of the younger generation.
