تولید کنندگان ادویه و مواد غذایی مکلف اند که در نشان معیاری تولیدات خود، خصوصیات ذیل را به زبانهای پشتو و دری درج کنند.
۱ـ نام ادویه یا مواد غذایی تولیدی.
۲ـ نام و آدرس تولید کننده.
۳ـ تاریخ تولید وختم
۴ـ اجزای ترکیب.
۵ـ طریقه نگهداری تولید.
۶ـ شماره بیچ (دفعه) و یا لات (مجموعه) و سایر معلومات ضروی
