به منظور حمایت از تولیدات داخل، مؤسسات داخلی و بینالمللی مکلف اند که محصولات تولید شدۀ کارخانههای داخلی را خریداری کنند و سایر مواد غذایی، ادویه و محصولات صحی مورد نیاز را از مارکیتهای داخل دریافت نمایند.
