Minister of Public Health Meets with Chairman of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center in Saudi Arabia
During his official visit to Saudi Arabia, the Minister of Public Health of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, and his delegation met with Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah, Chairman of the King Salman Foundation.
The meeting focused on expanding cooperation under the Center’s humanitarian and development programs, particularly in strengthening cancer and cardiac care, upgrading district hospitals, and combating infectious diseases
Minister Jalali invited Dr. Al-Rabeeah, along with the Saudi Minister of Health, to visit Afghanistan to enhance coordination and partnership in the health sector.
Dr. Al-Rabeeah thanked the minister for the invitation and said it would be an honor to visit Afghanistan. He reaffirmed the Center’s commitment to support Afghanistan through medical equipment, training, and improved healthcare standards.
He also requested detailed information on Afghanistan’s health priorities to align future cooperation with the country’s needs.
During his visit, Minister Jalali also met with several Saudi officials to strengthen Afghanistan’s health system and promote international collaboration.
