The Minister of Public Health of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, held a coordination meeting with provincial public health officials of the South-West Zone

H.E Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali emphasized the provision of quality healthcare services and called on officials to effectively implement the ministry’s new policies, ensure transparent use of the internal budget, and strengthen oversight of both public and private health facilities.

Provincial officials of the South-West Zone pledged to implement the directives and shared their challenges and proposals with the Minister, including the need to increase medical staff as well as medical and non-medical equipment.

In conclusion, H.E Jalali assured that the issues raised would be addressed and called on officials to make proper use of available resources to deliver quality healthcare services to the public.
