The initiative, spearheaded by Dr. Faqir Mohammad Ziyar, Chief of the Medical Council, is conducted by a mandated committee to evaluate the presence of domestic and foreign doctors, nurses, and other healthcare personnel, verify academic qualifications, licenses, and residency permits, and assess operational management. Non-compliance will prompt legal measures.

During his visit to Ghazni province, Dr. Ziyar conducted inspections of the Ghazni Regional Hospital and the private facilities Bilal Hakimi, Aref Neda, Horizon, Shuja, Nisar, and Arya Hospitals, guided by a structured checklist. He commended exemplary practices, identified deficiencies, and issued directives to relevant authorities for remediation.

Notably, the inspections will encompass all public and private hospitals in Ghazni, scrutinizing the presence of domestic and foreign medical personnel, the organization of hospital operations, and the authenticity of qualifications, licenses, and residency documentation.
