Nimruz, Afghanistan – Mawlawi Abdul Wali Haqqani, the Deputy Minister for Health Service of the Ministry of Public Health of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, undertook a pivotal visit to the Abrisham Bridge border region in Nimruz to scrutinize the healthcare services extended to repatriating citizens. He was accompanied by a specialized technical delegation for this crucial evaluation.

Throughout the visit, Haqqani, in collaboration with the Deputy Governor of Nimruz and his technical team, meticulously assessed the operational efficacy of health institutions in the region. The Deputy Minister proffered substantial recommendations to the concerned authorities and healthcare practitioners, emphasizing the imperative to uphold the highest standards of healthcare delivery for the returnees.

Furthermore, the technical team identified and systematically documented several operational bottlenecks that impede service efficacy. These challenges have been communicated to the relevant personnel.
