Privileges of Curative Cadre Trainers Increased

Based on the propose of the Acting Minister of Public Health, Dr. Suraya Dalil and approval of the Presidential office, the rights and privileges of Curative Cadre Trainers have been increased.\

This action of the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) while took place that earlier there was no any privilege for the curative cadre trainers, except their monthly net salary of the civil services.

In accordance of the presidential of this decree, now curative cadre trainers can receive their cadre' privileges in four categories from 10,000 to 27,000 Afghanis, beside the net salary.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Suraya Dalil, Acting Minister of Public Health called the raising of curative cadre trainers ' privileges and rights as an importance step towards strengthen and development of human resources.   

 Dr. Dalil added that the curative cadre trainers without material support have been working at the areas of delivering the specialized health services for the patients, training the newly graduated physicians as specialists, assisting in developing of regulations and procedures of health and other specialty program's activities, comparing their duties, fewer privileges were paid to them in the past.       

"Increasing the rights of curative cadre trainers  would be caused to boost the capacity of knowledge, improve the research culture in the area of health clinics, develop the medical teaching materials and books, enhance the quality and quantity of specialty training program and finally better health services would be delivered to the suffered people of Afghanistan," said the Acting Minister. 

At the mean time the electronic libraries were handed over to all specialized hospitals and also at the end of this ceremony, letter of appreciations were distributed to the curative cadre trainers in order to their further admiration

It is worth mentioning that this step was adopted in the frame of specialty training program of the MoPH and this program provides specialized health training for the newly graduated physicians within the three to five-year in the hospitals related to the MoPH.  

MoPH was able to train over 2,000 physicians as specialists in 20 various medical fields since specialty training program has been launched in the country.
